It provides a total brain workout.”Research has shown that listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory.
There is a song for your every mood, when i am sad I listen to sad song not because it makes me more sad but rather it makes me feel understood. Music can be everyones safe place like how i it is for me, even though if we dont have anyone to talk to, we can just play a song and drown in that .Everyone has their own taste in music, it can be pop, indie, kpop, melody, romantic, hip hop etc
Some songs which are amazing according to me are dark paradise by lana del ray, fire on fire by sams smith, spring day and truth untold by bts, etc. So lets respect each and every artist and respect their work and without know they woud have saved a persons life with their work.
