Hard work or smart work ?

Work hard untill you reach your goal .

To reach success a little earlier do smart work .We have come across these two lines by different people at different situations .

Hard  working is regarded a traditional format of  performing a work  with at most concentration and it is regarded  as the their only commitments .At times it is true that there is no shortcuts for success it is only through hardwork one person could achieve their goals  .

There are also some eminent smart workers who does their work exceptionally very well that they reach great heights with much less efforts than the hard workers . They are the need of the hour because they posses great knowledge on their industries and saves ample time .personally I feel that one must regard  both as two different strategies to get through life . Like in 10 th garde I put in lot of efforts but my score it not match my efforts but in 12 th grade I was completely cool at the same time did put the required effort and importantly was happy with my grades . Doing a work is  never about hard or smart work. It is 80 % our interest towards the work and the remaining 20% is working strategies . In my case I completely hated 10 th grade subjects whereas in 1 2 th grade, only the fascinating subjects chaged me so inturn I changed my scores from low to high .It boosted my confidence towards the subject so I did not worry or panic during 12 th boards .

So  using them at the right times and at the  perfect situation changes the entire game and could make life even more easier .
